Message From The Founder
I'm Aaron Dennis, founder of Tidewater Properties, dedicated to guiding clients in the greater Wilmington area through one of life's most significant decisions. Raised in a small town near Wilmington, I developed resourcefulness and a strong work ethic while helping on our family farm. After graduating from East Carolina University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, I pursued this career for nearly a decade.
In 2015, I became a licensed general contractor, building custom homes and performing renovations for clients and myself. This experience naturally led me into real estate, where I became a licensed agent. Over the years, I've gained extensive knowledge that now supports my focus on helping people navigate their home selling journey.
